When will my sticker order ship?
For this first run of stickers, we're accepted pre-orders to gauge demand. All orders from the first wave of sales have now shipped, and this last set is what was left over. After this, they're all gone.
Orders will ship out in the the order received, about a week after you place your order. It may take 1-4 weeks after you receive the shipping confirmation to arrive, due to global post delays.
I didn't receive my order yet?
The majority of sticker orders have arrived already, but COVID19 has caused delays in post service worldwide. Please be patient, and give it a few weeks for them to catch up—if you don't have them by the first week of May, get in touch and I'll investigate. If they don't arrive, I'm holding some spares and will make it right.
Can I return my stickers for a refund?
If they aren't right, sure, just let us know and we'll help you out! Otherwise...no.
I missed out on stickers, now what?
We'll be selling more swag in the future.
Why does shipping cost so much?
Because that's what carriers charge us.
